BukuCepat provides automated transaction recording, financial reporting, and business insights for small businesses in Indonesia.

Registration & Account

• To use BukuCepat, you must register with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account, including actions by anyone using your access.
• BukuCepat does not sell personal information to third parties. We may share general demographic data or use third-party providers for business operations, always under confidentiality agreements.

Use of Service

• You agree to use BukuCepat only for lawful business purposes and not for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• You must not interfere with the operation of BukuCepat, attempt to access data unlawfully, or introduce harmful code.
• Only one account per user is allowed. Misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, logos, and software in BukuCepat are owned by BukuCepat or its licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal use only.
• Copying, distributing, or modifying content without permission is prohibited. You must retain copyright and trademark notices on any copies.

Fees & Payments

• BukuCepat uses a pay-per-use token system. Each feature or report requires a certain number of tokens, which you can purchase as needed. There are no recurring subscription fees.
• Token prices may change, and BukuCepat will notify users in advance of any changes.
• Payments for tokens may be processed by third-party providers. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by law.

BukuCepat provides tools to help business owners manage bookkeeping and generate financial reports automatically. All reports are generated based on user input and are not subject to reconciliation, audit, or third-party verification. The accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of data—including automatic categorization—are entirely the user's responsibility to review and confirm.

These reports do not constitute tax, legal, or professional accounting advice, nor are they audited or official statements. Any use of these reports for external purposes, including but not limited to legal obligations or financial transactions, is at the user's own risk and responsibility.

BukuCepat does not guarantee financial accuracy and is not liable for any consequences (financial loss, penalties, fines) arising from the use of these reports, which are provided "as is" for personal and business use.

Service Changes & Termination

• BukuCepat may change, suspend, or terminate services at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. Notice will be provided for substantial changes.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. BukuCepat reserves the right to block or remove access for violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

BukuCepat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You agree to use BukuCepat at your own risk.
